weber.therm 310 is a mineral cement-based and fiber-reinforced universal reinforcement mixture for EPS, XPS and mineral wool insulation. The product ensures the impact strength of ETA I and ETA II categories for the SILS system with one-time reinforcement. In addition, therm 310 is the first reinforcing compound tested for 100 cold cycles in Estonia. The product can also be used for plastering mineral substrates in a layer of 2...10 mm.

weber.therm 310 is suitable for plastering concrete, brick, Fibo and Aeroc block walls and other mineral substrates. weber.therm 310 is a reinforcement mixture of WeberTherm and WeberMin facade insulation systems, where heat insulation boards are reinforced with weber 397 reinforcement mesh in two layers of plaster. In the WeberMin system, where rigid wool is used as thermal insulation, weber.therm 310 is used as an adhesive for insulation boards.
When reinforcing the heating plates, a 3...4 mm thick layer of weber.therm 310 is first applied to the surface, into which the alkali-resistant glass fiber net weber 397 (> 160 g/m²) is pressed. Then another layer of reinforcing compound is applied to the surface using the so-called wet-wet method, with a layer thickness of 2...3 mm. The thickness of the entire reinforcement must be between 5...8 mm. The mixture can be applied to the surface both manually and with a plaster pump.
